This place has great shaved snow (which is different from shaved ice, btw! It's softer and more "powdery"). I also like that you can easily customize with flavors and toppings. The place itself is pretty small but there's plenty of outdoor seating in the parklet. Service is pretty quick since there are machines that make the snow. It's a little pricey, though.

Powder is one of my favorite desserts place in the city. I think it is a form of Asian dessert, but I am not 100% sure. They also sell croffles, which is a popular Korean croissant+waffle. I think it is a bit pricey for the amount, but it is very good. I would definitely try it at least once. It is a tiny store on Divisdero, and the service is usually very quick. They have a few seats on the outside you can sit and eat.

I've been to many shaved ice places but this place is unique that the ice is already flavored and they do shavings of pre flavored ice! Other places which put syrups or sauces don't taste as good as this in my opinion Pros: very light dessert and satisfies your sweet tooth without it being too sweet Cons: not much really, the condensed milk was a bit on the too sweet side Ambiance: 4.5/5 Taste: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Service: 5/5

ORDER earl grey + matcha (5/5) this place reminds me of oakobing in LA! the texture of the shave ice was light and fluffy. the earl grey was fragrant and the matcha had a light matcha flavor. there are so many flavors and toppings to choose from. SERVICE quick service AMBIANCE the store is small, but there are seats outside.
